How balanced are you?

Do you shift with moving situations or are you able to keep you balanced? Life throws so many curveballs. We’re only 15 days in 2016 and countless people have mentioned that this year has been more than TOUGH. But what does one do with these tough 15 days? Well, one could always sink low in the down times and be one’s  most bubbly during the high times; but I think that would drive anyone insane. Janelle Monae advises that we, “tip on the tightrope,” which is the best advice I have yet to hear. There’s no need to get too high or low. Finding your balance will help you get through anything this year has to offer.

Some things that could help you find balance include:

  • Reading a good book
  • Cooking
  • Yoga
  • Adventuring
  • Going to a museum
  • Exercise
