5 Benefits of Sleep . . .

. . . because it’s the one thing we all wish we could get more of, but refuse to make time for.


And, I know, good sleep (like the alleged good man), is hard to find; but the truth is we wear ourselves down by rejecting proper rest. Although our task list(s) may tell us we can go with less and less hours of sleep, denied rest will eventually have us in a place of unaccomplished goals and a tired spirit.
