Opportunity For Teens To Join STAMP, Gain Experience, Get Paid

I am pleased to announce that The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, STAMP Initiative is now accepting applications for new members to join the STAMP Teen Council starting this June. Full details and the application form can be found at http://phillystamppass.org/apply-for-the-stamp-teen-council/

Leaders are encouraged to forward the application to any Philadelphia resident ages 14-19 whom you think might be interested in joining their council. STAMP Teen Council members meet twice a month throughout the school year, and work with Cultural Alliance staff to write monthly blog posts for the STAMP website, post social media content, promote STAMP Pass sign-ups and engagement with the program amongst their peers, and help plan and attend STAMP events. Council members will be paid for their service with a quarterly stipend, based on meeting attendance, event attendance, and completion of blog posts.

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 30. Please note that interested teens will need to complete the application and also submit a letter of support from a teacher, advisor or mentor.

More information is available at www.stampatpenn.eventbrite.com. If you are interested in bringing a group, there is no need to register your youth individually. Please email Alison Zeidman at alisonz@philaculture.org with the number of youth you plan to bring, and they will check them in and sign them up for STAMP Passes at the event as necessary.
